When booking Best Available Rate or “Early Bird” offers, cancellation will NOT be allowed.
With the exception of the period from June 15th to September 15th, cancellation is allowed up to 42 days before the arrival date, with the loss of the deposit.
14 days before the arrival date, the total amount of the booking will be charged to the credit card provided.
At the time of booking, a deposit of 25% of the total amount of the booking will be charged on the credit card provided (or 100% depending on the chosen rate).
In case of “no-show” the entire amount of the booking is non-refundable.
Special offers for Group have specific cancellation policies and must be mentioned individually.
At the time of booking, a credit card guarantee is required.
